Pharmacovigilance Specialist – Nordic Language Native Speaker

We are looking for several qualified and talented individuals to join us in the role of Pharmacovigilance Specialist. We are very flexible in regard to your location – you can work in any of our offices located in Prague (Czech Republic), Zagreb (Croatia), Belgrade (Serbia), Guildford (UK). The position is suitable for fresh graduates - we are able to teach you all pharmacovigilance activities & processes thanks to our intensive internal & external training.

We need somebody who has:

  • A minimum secondary education in pharmacology, healthcare or life science
  • Native speaker of Finnish/Swedish/Danish or Norwegian language
  • Practical experience in pharmacovigilance is an advantage, but not a must
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Independent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Process oriented and critical thinking
  • Responsible approach to work duties

Your responsibilities during the first three months will be: Intensive training – face to face, self-studies, colleagues shadowing

  • Start with some of basic pharmacovigilance activities (e.g., adverse drug reaction processing, including data entry into safety databases; drafting of pharmacovigilance reports – PSURs, RMPs; safety signal assessment; participation on safety in clinical trials)

Your responsibilities during the first year: Focus on one pharmacovigilance area (e.g., case management, medical writing, pharmacovigilance systems etc.) and gradual increase of responsibilities

  • Drafting of internal guidance documents related to the area of major involvement
  • Talented colleagues may be nominated as project managers overseeing all pharmacovigilance activities provided to specific client
  • Participation during audits
