Receptionist/Office Assistant – PART TIME

For our Headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic we are looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our international team of nearly 70 employees.

Responsibilities and activities:

• Daily communication with members of all departments in both Czech and English

• Ad hoc administrative/practical tasks (may change from day to day or hour to hour)

• Working on a reception (welcome visitors, coffee, beverages)

• Working closely with back office team members: 2 Office Managers, Accounting Specialist, Financial Manager and HR Specialist

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has a positive attitude, sense of accuracy and enjoys being part of a growing multicultural team

• Speaks English very well, enjoys speaking with native speakers and have no problem with business correspondence

• Has a positive approach to administrative tasks and duties

• Enjoys working alongside an international group of colleagues
