Pharmacovigilance Network Coordinator

For our Prague headquarters we are looking for new members to join our PV Network team. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in project/people management
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
  • Previous work experience in pharmacovigilance and/or regulatory affairs
  • Knowledge of EU GVP and key PV processes
  • Very good organization skills
  • Attention to details, accuracy
  • Good working knowledge (advanced user) of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the internet
  • Creativity and capacity to work independently
  • Good problem solving skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination of local (country based) PV activities: communication with/provision of guidance to PharmInvent’s contractors (local service providers) from all around the world
  • Communication with clients, project management duties
  • Organization of teleconferences, meetings, trainings, preparation of meeting minutes
  • Collection and maintenance of project related documentation (project overviews, tracking tables, monitoring KPIs, etc.)
  • Preparation and revision of PV documentation including standard operating procedures
  • Performing content review, linguistic and stylistic corrections on received data
  • Participation in audits and inspections, preparation of CAPAs
  • Reporting to the Head of QPPV Network Unit and close cooperation with other team members and departments
