Dr. Jan Petracek – New Chief Executive Officer of PrimeVigilance

London, UK – 13 April 2017: Ergomed plc, a company dedicated to the provision of specialized services to the pharmaceutical industry and the development of new drugs, announces board and management changes.
Neil Clark will step down as a Director of Ergomed plc with effect from 16 April 2017. Neil will remain on the Board of Ergomed´s daughter company, PrimeVigilance, as a non-executive director and a consultant during a transitional period.
Jan Petracek will step into the role of Chief Executive Officer of PrimeVigilance, and will remain to be CEO of PharmInvent. Jan joined Ergomed in November 2016 as CEO of European PharmInvent Services s.r.o. following its acquisition by Ergomed plc and subsequent integration of services with PrimeVigilance.
Dr. Miroslav Reljanovic, Chief Executive Officer of Ergomed, said:
